Our Story : More than just a brand Nomad Woman is more than just a brand; it’s a celebration of creativity, movement, and shared passion . We believe in the power of creativity and the freedom to live life with a nomad soul —always exploring, always moving, and always creating. How NOMWO came to life... It all began with Lorène, an self-taught artist from Martinique with a love for painting and a dream to share her art with the world. Her vision was to bring her digitalized designs into everyday life, exploring everything from home decor to textiles and so she founded NOMWO. Then came Uruguay, where Lorène’s path crossed with Maia, originally from Peru. Both had lived nomadic lives, moving from country to country. Their connection was instant —like old friends reuniting, or two nomads finding each other. And to top it off, their children both shared a love for tennis, trained together and competed in the same tournaments. From this friendship, Lorène invited Maia to join her on this adventure , bringing her art into the world of sports apparel through NOMWO Sports. With Lorène creating beautiful, digitalized designs and Maia handling creative marketing , they formed a partnership that brought their visions together. Their first collection, inspired by their children’s shared passion for tennis, offers a blend of art and athleticism, giving tennis players a way to express themselves on the court.
